G’day Cam,
Firstly, excellent site you have here. I have a custom indicator called Reversal Point Scanner. I was wondering if you’ve heard of it? It’s as simple and basic as you get and that’s what I like about it, Blue arrow buy, Red arrow sell, easy. It’s about 95-98% accurate I would say. I do have to manually sit here and trade but I have been giving it a blast on a $10,000 demo account and as long as I keep my head on my shoulders it’s an excellent tool to have once you get the hang of it (I only buy or sell on a long signal). I’ve had $2000+ days with it and then again I’ve cocked up completely with it (impatience) but overall it would be a $500+ a day piece of gear. Can’t complain about that. I am a bit dubious of trying it on a live account though because of, well me to be honest. I’d like a fully automated version of it so I wasn’t in the eqaution:-). It’s put out by EasyClickPips.com have you tried it out?
Kind Regards,
Gary
Hi, i wonder what setting for your MegaDroid and MillionDollarPips used?
I’ve bought both of them and installed them in my MetaTrader in VPS, but they didn’t operate at all..
Your site is truly ROCKIN!
Thanks! Default for both with fifo set according to your brokers restrictions.
wow Cam, very fast response^_^…
my broker is Roboforex located in NZ, what rules decide whether i have to set FIFO to true or not?
US regulations only allow for FIFO trading. In NZ FIFO is not a requirement.
Hi Cam, May i ask please as to what requirements or conditions need be satisfied for an EA to graduate from live trials and similarly to make it to the live trials. I was curious as some EAs in the lab have shown profit for over a year. thankyou cheers baz
Hi Baz,
There are no strict conditions to make it to Graduate status. The main one is that it can perform in a low risk manner for 3-6 months enabling me to increase risk (to 1-5 lots minimum) enough to make a decent return. Live trials have often done well initially but come unstuck after 3 months, such as MDP. The past two months have been losing months on most live accounts, which means it needs to show another strong 4 months worth of return before I would consider adding it to the graduates section.
The other EA’s that have good returns are all running on demo accounts, so they may not perform the same on live accounts or the account is not really growing anymore.
So, the long and the short of it is that it’s not cut and dry like some other sites who list a number of EA’s as their top performers.
Here, when something becomes a graduate you know that it’s among the best out there.
Hope this helps.
