I’m using Alpari Uk.
I wrote to FapUltra how come its own test fapultra2010.mt4live.com shows much greater profit than what is shown here and other independent tests. The answer: “The problem with affiliates is that they do not update the software often enough and that affiliate never did, they use an old failing version of our software.”
I purchased Ultra Dec 1 – equity on demo up and down since then – still no profit. Demo was on FXCM but heard that broker did not work well with Ultra. Started demo on IBFX Dec 9 – about 20 trades since then – am just below my opening balance. Still hoping…

It’s unlikely you’ll see as great results as shown on vendor’s statement http://fapultra2010.mt4live.com.
I wondered for a long time whether mt4live is foolproof. Recently I found out it’s not.
Here it is:
Someone (presumably the Vendor) uploads http://forexsteamtest2.mt4live.com, but does not show it on website. This statement shows trade by trade.
Vendor shows http://forexsteamtestlight.mt4live.com on website without the losing trade on November 25th.
The key is here: on 11/24 the first statement shows ticket # 3340051. The same number appears on the second statement. Therefore, they are coming from the same MT4 terminal account.
Then, the next trade (big loss on 11/25) is omitted from the second statement. How clever. If you don’t like the trade just delete it!
I suspect manipulation on FapUltra2010.mt4live.com to show superb results (two times better than independent tests). Go figure. Please prove me wrong and I’ll hurry to buy both EA’s (Fapultra and ForexSteam) to make an ultra-steam account capable of getting rid of losses after the fact.
Good job Joao. I think i need to scrutiny forex statement from now on. I am becoming suspicious if they claim to have unrealistic result.

Cam Forex. Are you using their latest version? But the result is not the same with them ,why?
I see the live test statement…don’t understand why 0.3 lot lose most of the time…0.15 lot is the winner?
iam doubting here.when i see the statements.the TP supposed to be 40pips and SL 80pips.a lot of TP pips goes beyond that +100pips,and the SL lower than 80pips.why is that?
That’s exactly why we test things. What’s often stated or considered fact does not always eventuate.
Hi Cam – Ummm..I wonder if it’s worth having another lookee at this one? I purchased it bygone-ages ago – when cavemen walked the earth…. and took it off my half decent ea list in my not so impressed with phase. Well – while doing my ea xmas spring cleaning of old EA’s on my pc I thought I’d test the old ones once more before trashing… The new upgrade seems to have a better strategy…I know its xmas so results are not to be too too trusted – but it took out an order – the market went opposite way – so it closed just over half of the order (clev-verrr) to limit its losses – and continued on its merry way to hell. I continued to watch it and the orders now picked up in the direction the EA thought it would – and doing so well it’s made up the wee loss it closed off – made its own profit on top of that – and still running up happy hill collecting pips? If that were live I would have closed it manually now- happy with profit? – not the best way to trade but I would have. I’ll continue to test it into the new year for a while to check its consistency but so far I wouldn’t quite write this one off yet
Anyway – Happy New Year! – I’ll update in the New Year if results continue as per above.
