New Forex EA, Million Dollar Pips, by creator William Morrison, is a scalper robot that aims to explode your accounts profit is a short period of time without huge draw down or unreasonable risk.
Sounds too good to be true, but the back and forward tests I’ve seen don’t lie. It reminds me a lot of Wall Street Forex Robot. As always, time will tell.

Currently running Million Dollar Pips on Gomarkets “Real Money” Standard account. Testing started on 11th August 2011:
Million Dollar Pips is primarily dependent on the broker you use and the latency to the broker via your home PC or VPS. The best results have been found when using brokers with low spreads on EURUSD, with a PC or VPS connecting to the brokers closest Data Center in less than 35-40 milliseconds.

For me MDP made nice profit again today. So I am not sure how you guys are using it, but for me it is ok.
Sure, it has some loosing trades, and winning trades as well. Overall was profitable again. Yesterday it has a small trade but winning trade.
hello gabor. mine made a load of trades today but mostly losing for a change. what settings have you got yours set to?,marka.
All default except:
FIFO – FALSE
RISK – I set my own risk
Group_Orders – TRUE

Hi Cam, just a thought and you may have tried this before, but have you ever consided doing a 10K experiment, run 2 or 3 EAs with a starting bank of 500 each on a live account, and try and get them to achieve a 5 or 10k profit, you could tweek the settings and change EAs if not working, and post the updates on the website. we could follow you with the same EAs and try to try and achieve the same goals. It could be fun and profitable for all of us. Anyway its just an idea!

Hi Cam, Just completed your survey, and my idea, although it wont produce any additional revenue, could go a long way to showing that changing the default settings can make an EA a lot more profitable, and therefore work hand in hand creating more interest in your idea.

sorry i can’t advise on a VPS ,i don’t use one. just check various providers online,there are several and them ask them to do a ping test to your broker and look for low latency figures,prob less than 100ms although some people say much higher still works.

I would like to try with a micro live account in Alpari UK and use a VPS. Could you recomend to me some one with a good performance, near the Alpari UK servers?

You will need to check the spread om Alpari Micro account, it averages about 1.6 pips, and minimum 1.0 pips, which is higher than a lot of others.

I would think twice about using Alpari for MDP, they have far to many re quotes
to test the speed do a ping test to their ip address using a command prompt.if using a vps then you can ask them to do a ping test to your brokers ip address.
Howz about this for an idea.Maybe 100 of us band together and use the best proven EA on a live ac pooling our small individual principal amount into a large balance and multiplying our profits.
Can somebody suggest this to the makers of these EAS and let us subscribe to live account managed by them.Large profit potential with little risk.

to get $20 per day on your account you would need areturn of about 14% a week which is too high at the moment. you are more likely to only achieve half of that even when well set up!

The lab is not faked. It is running version 1.10. Hence the different trades. Also, MDP is very broker dependent, so even if it was version 1.16 it may show slightly different entries.
I am aware MDP is very broker dependant due to spread, price feeds, latency, etc.
But I have FINFX with Beeksfx VPS with very tight spreads and latency averaging 0.35ms, yet I lost 10% over ten trades in one night. And most of the time it does not trade at all.
Someone told me they had the same experience. They have tried many different brokers but they say IBFX has been the best for them so far (http://www.myfxbook.com/members/Professor53/florida-group/162473)

That was SWVPS and Gomarkets on version 1.1.0 using default settings. This combination has since become unreliable. I’m currently experimenting with new combinations… but for now, past history shows that if working combos are disclosed they soon become defunct.
There are no links to my live accounts at present. However, I may publish them in the future.

I’m running default settings on live, so can’t help I’m afraid.
sachin,you need to check your latency from the broker to the vps service and have it quick like 50ms or less. 20 or less is great..spreads less than 1.5 pips,stp broker or ecn,settings no:orders 0, add ch 8,slip 2,max sim 8,cheers marka.

send your vps provider an email requesting them to ping test your brokers ip address.get your ip address first from your broker.

Dude if you have lost over 10k of real money with this robot you shouldn’t be trading with it, period. you will ot win your money back by changing the settings.
Yeah, think your setup or broker is not working. Either change the vps/broker combo or use another EA.
Sorry to hear about your loss. I’ve lost about 6K on MDP also in recent months but am fighting every inch of the way. Changed VPS and broker twice and using other EAs to recover. MDP is now just a small part of the picture.
I mean you throwing more light on d robot cos i’m just planning of using it. I’vde never used it b4. so i now wanted to trade with the Atlas(acfx)broker but want to be sure if million dollar pips works perfectly well as to enable me recover all i’ve loss to forex.
You’re dreaming if you think MDP will recover the 10k loss you have lost to brokers, dont ever think you can recover any loss with any ea, most dont work some do, unless you’re prepared to test different broker and vps combination dont bother with MDP, my best advice is to learn to trade manually or get signals from a reputed signal provider, if you think you can win your 10k back using ea’s your dreaming, dont fall for the marketing hype.
Hi Watti lucky, please please dont try and get your money back with any EA, unless you have about a 100K to start with, it is just never going to happen. Take jaggermikesters advice and learn to trade manually and dont use real money until you are sure you know what you are doing. In forex you can get lucky but the chances are you will just blow your account.

I lost a lot. I think it’s time for W Morrison to update MDP. It’s just lost whole the times.
His FFM also very badly built – not happy.
no i lost as well but it is not a suprise to me that it did.bearing in mind that mdp trades the RETRACE on a spike and not the spike itself its easy to see why it lost so badly yesterday.on the hourly chart of the eur/usd you will see the biggest candlestick in about a year! so you expect mdp to lose in these circumstances.this event does not happen very often to this extent therefore it does not make mdp faulty in any way so users who nomally do well with it should stick with it and those who normally do not have success should have stopped using it before now in any case.to put it further into perspective, my big loss yesterday on this most unusual event still only ammounted to about 1.5% of my account,well within allowance.this is tiny compared to how much it has earnt overall. i do wish however that WM devised an EA that trades the spike as well rather than investing time in that rubbish fast forex millions! which after 70 days is down 15% on this website.

blimey ashish! do you also want to know what i had for breakfast as well? listen,knowing which broker i use would not help you unless you lived in the uk in any case,you didn’t say.my account balance is only my business and is irrelevant in any case.my last loss was about 1.5% of account.max lots 4.0 min 1.7.using for several months,last year much better than this year so far. good luck!

My MDP is set on default using MT4 on hot forex. Has yet to even make a trade even when the spread was lower then .00020? Do I have something wrong? Help anyone, Thanks

it might be better to hold off for a few more weeks on MDP. Lets give the market some time. WE need spikes that retrace for MDP to work. A non retraceable spike results in loses. Please be careful with MDP.

There are only very few brokers where this bot can perform well but only with the good vps and very careful settings.
But NO ONE will disclose his/her broker if MDP is working fine for him/her because they are afraid of that every MDP users opens account there and overhelm the broker with MDP and it won’t be profitable any longer.
Just look at Cam’s DEMO statement here. It was somewhere +4000% if I remeber well (correct me if I’m wrong) so the current 2500% doesn’t look good because it shows hoge losses in the last months even on demo.

I am with L. on this one. When this Bot first came out, I snatched it up and actually was doing pretty well with it. It picked up all the spikes on the rebound and worked beautifully. Now, it seems like MDP needs a new version!! How great would it be now if it picks up all the spikes when they occur and not on the rebound. I recommending trimming back on this one for now. At least lower your risk to a minimum until it begins to work again. I will still back this product but I also do not blame individuals who walk away from it. It has the potential for greatness but I truly believe that MDP needs some steady updating with new versions for it to maintain consistency and reliability.

Apart from default settings, I change the following:
-Set NumOrders Level to either 1 or 2, I’ve done some testing on this and have found that if you use anything other 2, that your level of consistency drops but your trading increases.
-Set Additional Channels to more than 5. This safely improves trading frequency, and I found that it does actually improve trading frequency within a decent level of consistency.
- In my months of testing, I have left my personal Slippage at 0.5
I have found that if you change these settings and leave all the remaining settings to default as MDP intended, then you should be getting several trades per week. Recently however, due to the steady ebb and flow of the EUR/USD, MDP has not traded often (even on my accounts that use Aggressive settings, at least with consistency).
The real trick is to use MDP with a Broker that has quick execution times. The thing with MDP is to use it as a back-up EA or a secondary EA as it is not what I use it for in terms of daily trading executions. That is left for other options for possibly a later discussion.

Good luck with MDP, I feel that it is a good one, it just takes a little tweeking and patience. As for other good EA’s that I use; currently using Fap Turbo Ichimoku and Megadroid. Original Fap Turbo has been a little dodgy lately with the new version, so I have been sticking with Ichimoku (for more detail see the Fap Turbo page with my recommendations).
As you can see from this website, there are few EA’s that pass the test. Even the new ones that claim superior success and million have been getting bad reviews. I have a personal friend who bought Quantum EA and has had a nightmare with the program itself and actually using it. It is really best to stick with what works. Anyway, if you need some consistency I recommend Fap Turbo Ichimoku. It will not make you a millionaire overnight by any means, but I have been seeing much consistency in the last several months. If you already have a copy of Fap Turbo, you are entitled to the free Ichimoku update reflected on the Members Only Site. Highly recommend picking it up since it is free. Anyway, good luck and happy trading
One thing about MDP worth pointing out, I have troublesome times with this ea and I have finally (I think) sorted out the problem I was having.
After making trades the EA told me not to trailing stop and limit entry. I followed for a long time it’s advice and did not have a good time with it. Since I set trailing stop and limit entry I have not made a loss since 6th April and have made good returns.
My point is don’t always trust the advice the ea gives you but of course listening to me should be done at your own risk.
